I remember you and trav telling me that he just gets more and more fun each day. I have to say that I totally agree, in regards to Weston, I think one moment it's wonderful and then the next, it gets even better.

What a great idea, I am totally making this!
I have been on the hunt for sausages that are nitrate/nitrite free, and unless you're willing to spend big bucks at a butcher's shop, they are very tough to find!
